My senior mother’s thermostat went out in her condo overnight and I called Laura at Razor as a first time client this morning and she got my mom serviced within the hour of me calling! Last minute service right before Xmas almost unheard of but Chuck came by and got my mom a new thermostat & the heat going! 5-star service by the team at Razor!! Thank you!

Razor plumbing came to replace a main shut off on my house. The install was very clean, professional and quick. There was no mess to clean up after them. Would definitely recommend!

Management was also exceptional to communicate with, as they explained the pros and cons to my situation and gave me my best options according to their knowledge and expertise. We contacted Razor for servicing our humidifier and the technician visited us within 1/2 hour with the required parts. He identified and explained the problem in detail, answered all questions promptly and fixed it within half hour. Excellent service, very friendly & professional staff.

Had our Boiler/heating system for the house go down over the weekend. Razor was able to get us up and running again in less than 2 hours! This also included a run down of how the system functioned, how we can maintain it and things to watch out for. This work was also done on a weekend after hours when most/all suppliers are closed for a boiler that needed a universal part since the boiler is older and not very common. Can't say thank-you enough. I would recommend Razor Heating and A/C Ltd. to anyone who needed work done!

Jeff set up an appointment quickly and Jason came when he said he would. He communicated the needed repairs well and the boiler's working again. I'll be calling Razor again when the boiler needs servicing.

We had a lot of different options to replace our old boiler but Razor stood out both with their timeliness (we got an estimate back within days) and thoroughness (Jeff was very detailed about explaining the boiler system and his quote had lots of great info). Chuck and his helper Cole did a quality job on the install. Their pride of workmanship really transformed our mechanical room. We had a few others from Razor stop by during this install and they were all pros. The next week after the install Jeff did a followup to make sure everything was satisfactory. You’ll be in good hands if you choose Razor when investing in a new heating system.

We had a new AC system installed. From start to finish the whole process was exceptional. We received our quote from Dustin and booked the appointment. Our techs (Shane and another tech) arrived on time as scheduled and completed the install in a very timely manner. They walked us through the operation and gave us all pertinent information. The quality and pride of workmanshipis very evident. I would definitely reccomend Razor to anyone, they will be the first to call if we ever need anything plumbing related in the future.

I'm not a big review person, but I gotta give credit where credits due. I had A/C installed in my place and I couldn't be happier with it. Both Jeff and Dustin we're easy to deal with from start to finish. Showed up on time and answered any questions I had.They had the job done quickly and efficiently. Great prices, excellent workmanship and awesome customer service. If you're looking to get any type of work done on your A/C or furnace, give Razor a call! Highly recommend. 5 stars across the board.

We needed to replace our Central AC and Jeff came to do an estimate and was very thorough on explaining and asking questions. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness We contacted Razor after our previous company (who installed the A/C) failed to support us through a warranty issue with Carrier. They managed to get the parts covered under warranty and had the unit up and running again. We were so grateful for their integrity that we had them back to improve the airflow on our furnace with the installation of a 5” filter bank and have signed up for their annual maintenance plan.
