Our techs (Shane and another tech) arrived on time as scheduled and completed the install in a very timely manner. They walked us through the operation and gave us all pertinent information. They managed to get the parts covered under warranty and had the unit up and running again. We were so grateful for their integrity that we had them back to improve the airflow on our furnace with the installation of a 5” filter bank and have signed up for their annual maintenance plan.
