Here’s what to expect from your maintenance visit

Before your air conditioner maintenance in Saskatoon you can:

  • Star icon Clean the area in front of and around the furnace and make sure the outside unit and electrical panel is accessible

When your Razor tech arrives they will complete a comprehensive check of your system to make sure everything is cool. Some of the items your tech will complete are:

  • Wash outdoor condensing unit
  • Inspect furnace blower motor and air conditioning evaporator coil for cleanliness
  • Clear condensate drain line
  • Check the operation of the system, and ensure proper refrigerant levels and airflows through the system to maximize efficiency and comfort

What can I do to troubleshoot before calling you for air conditioner repairs?

  • Power icon Check the breaker and furnace switch, and look for diagnostic lights on the furnace (on would indicate there is power).
  • Snowflake icon Look for ice on the lines connecting to the outdoor unit.
  • Rows icon Check the air filter.
  • Fan icon Check if the furnace fan is running.
  • Gauge meter icon Check that the thermostat is set to cool and turned lower than room temperature.
