Jeff Rewerts
Jeff started in the industry in 1997, starting his apprenticeship in plumbing in Saskatoon. He received his interprovincial journeyman's certificate in 2002, along with his general gas fitters licence. Along with Dustin Shaw, they began Razor Heating and A/C Ltd. in early 2007 with a small shop in the airport industrial area of Saskatoon. Jeff is now the sole owner of Razor and can move into any role as needed, but his primary focus is customer relations, operations manager, and service manager. In his time away from work, he enjoys snowmobiling, fishing, saltwater fishing, weekends at the lake and extracurricular activities with his wife and three children. Fun fact: Even if you are positive it can't go in an Excel spreadsheet, Jeff will put it in an Excel spreadsheet.
Laura Slugoski
Laura started in the industry in 2009, beginning with her apprenticeship in plumbing here at Razor Heating. In 2013, she received her interprovincial journeyman's certificate and general gas fitters licence. She worked on the tools, learning everything the trade has to offer, from new home construction and plumbing to extensive HVAC troubleshooting for 9 years until her second child arrived in 2017. She then took on the most important role in the company and tackled office manager. With her "on the tools" experience as a drive to streamline operations she has become a very integral part of the business. When she is not at work, she enjoys curling, never-ending projects around the house, and weekends back home or at the lake with her husband and two children. Fun fact: Laura's favourite tasks around the shop are chasing guys for their timesheets so they get paid and making sure everyone is home by three.
Jason Miller
Jason started in the industry in 2003, starting his apprenticeship in plumbing here in Saskatoon. He received his interprovincial journeyman's certificate in 2008, along with his general gas fitters licence. Jason has been with us since 2020 and brings a wealth of knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and hydronic heating installation, diagnostics, and service. He is a “send-to-any-call kind of tech.” During his time away from here, he enjoys live music, weekends at the lake and sports like soccer, watching soccer, playing soccer (did I mention soccer??), as well as spending time with his girlfriend and children. Fun fact: The steps on a ladder are only a suggestion.
Shane Bilodeau
Shane started in the industry in 2002, starting his apprenticeship in sheet metal here in Saskatoon. He received his interprovincial journeyman's certificate in 2006. He has been here with us at Razor Heating since 2020, bringing a wealth of knowledge and originally completing all our HVAC renos and retrofits. With an open mind he took on the finer details of light service and even dabbled in a bit of plumbing service. As of March 2023, his primary role has been sales and estimating. He has excelled in that along with customer relations. In his time away from work he enjoys saltwater fishing, golfing, NFL football, his three house horses (well, they are actually dogs but.... large dogs), pretending to be a farmer online and a few other things (he's all over the map with hobbies) with his wife and three boys. Fun fact: the Cleveland Browns won their last NFL championship in 1954.
Cole Youngman
Cole started in the industry in 2022, starting his apprenticeship in plumbing here at Razor Heating. He is currently working his way through the apprenticeship program waiting for his call to second term schooling. He has quickly grown and shows a great interest in the trade and all the fun adventures that go along with it. He's beyond reliable and we all appreciate him more than he will ever know. During his time away from work here at Razor he enjoys working at his other job, fishing, live music and being a young adult hanging out with friends and family. Fun fact: When he's frustrated, you'll know it!!! He has a look that lasts at least 30 seconds. And there isn't a ladder or high-up spot he isn't afraid of!!
